Right click on your LeadPhysician e-mail
Select 'Add the Domain to Safe Senders List' OR 'Add to Outlook Contacts'
When prompted, if you selected 'Add the Domain to Safe Sender List, type the domain name @LeadPhysician.com
Click 'OK'
The domain name @leadphysician.com will automatically be entered into your Outlook address book.

In the top right corner of your screen, underneath your user name, select 'Options'
In the drop-down menu that appears, select 'More Options'
A new page loads, under the 'Junk e-mail' section, click on 'Safe and blocked senders'
On the following page select 'Safe Senders'
In the field under 'Sender or domain to mark as safe:' write our domain name, @LeadPhysician.com and click on 'Add to List >>' to add our domain name to your list of Safe senders

All e-mails sent to your Yahoo! e-mail address should automatically be delivered to your inbox. If they do end up in your Junk folder, you can add our e-mail address to your Safe Sender list as follows:

Open your e-mail from panelsupport@leadphysician.com
Select 'Add to Address Book' next to the sender details

All e-mails sent to your Gmail or GoogleMail e-mail address should automatically be delivered to your inbox. If they do end up in your Junk folder, you can add our e-mail address to your Safe Sender list as follows:

Open your e-mail from panelsupport@leadphysician.com
Select 'Not Spam' above the sender details
Alternatively add panelsupport@leadphysician.com to your Gmail contacts

Select 'Spam Controls' link (to the right of your inbox)
Once the 'Mail and Spam controls' box has appeared, select 'Customer sender list'
Add our domain address panelsupport@LeadPhysician.com
Next select 'Add' and finally 'Save'

In the right menu, half way down, select 'Address Book'
On the new page that opens, in the drop-down menu that appears, select 'Contacts' and then click on the button 'Add' next to it
On the next page, under the field 'Email' write our e-mail address, panelsupport@LeadPhysician.com, and click on 'Save'
